Why choose me?
I have been working with computers since 1989. I started working for UPS as a help-desk technician where I answered calls and helped people solve their computer problems over the phone. Then I became an external technician where I went to the facilities and customer sites to install, repair, or replace hardware. After teaching other technicians and wanting to broaden my career, I became the network administrator. As a network administrator, I coordinated multiple networking projects and installations along with regional networking tasks. It was my responsibility to ensure servers were up and running, backups were completed, inventory was accurate, and documentation was in place.
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems and I have an Associates Degree in Computer Science. I have been a project manager for a low voltage company. We performed installations of low voltage cabling, fiber, and alarm systems in various new homes and commercial sites. When the Real Estate market crashed, I was laid off. In 2007, I became a law enforcement officer and have been able to serve my community ever since.
The law enforcement schedule allows for me to have various availability for my customers. I make house calls and have the ability to work after hours. My career has allowed me serve my community and meet many people. Above all, I am someone you can trust with your technology and information.
